The right rental almost always comes down to four questions: who's using the equipment, how many of them, for how long, and where. A four-person remodel crew running for ten days needs a different setup than a 500-guest wedding running for one afternoon — and both need a different setup than a six-month commercial build.

Across every project type, the same principle applies: undersizing costs more than oversizing. A second portable toilet added mid-event costs roughly twice what an extra unit added at booking does, and a dumpster that overflows triggers a re-load fee that nearly always exceeds the price gap between two adjacent sizes. We'd rather quote the right size up front than fix the math under pressure.

Portable toilet pricing is based on unit type, length of rental, and service frequency. The base rate covers delivery, the rental window, weekly service, and pickup. Add-ons include extra service days for high-traffic sites, ADA upgrades, hand wash stations, and emergency or after-hours delivery.

Dumpster pricing is built from container size, the included rental window (usually 7–10 days), debris type, and tonnage cap. Heavy debris — concrete, brick, dirt, and roofing — is normally quoted as a clean-load rate at a lower price per ton because it ships heavy and clean. The single biggest mistake we see is choosing a smaller container 'to save money' on a job that produces more debris than the container holds; the swap-out always costs more than the size upgrade.

Can I rent more than one type of equipment at once?

Yes — most projects do. The most common bundles are a portable toilet plus a dumpster for remodels, or event portable toilets plus a hand wash station plus an ADA unit. Bundled deliveries are scheduled on the same truck whenever possible to keep delivery costs efficient.

How far in advance should I book?

Events should book 4–8 weeks ahead, especially May through October and any holiday weekend. Construction rentals can usually be scheduled the same week. For peak-season events with luxury trailers or large unit counts, book as soon as the date is set.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes for events, and routinely for active construction projects. Saturday delivery is standard; Sunday delivery is available for events when scheduled in advance.

What if I need to add equipment mid-project?

Call dispatch and we'll add it on the next available route — usually the same day or the next. Adding equipment costs less than over-servicing a single unit that's running hot, and it's almost always faster than you expect.
